The Millenium Scholarship Foundation
    The Millenium Scholarships provide students entering into
   their first year of post-secondary studies the chance to
   apply for grants. There are 2 types: one based on need (Bursary Program)
   which is applied for when an OSAP application is completed
   and one based on academic merit and leadership (Excellence Awards).
